Your gift to Valley Supportive Housing could change a life… It could help someone find their way back to a life of purpose and service right here in our Valley community. VSH was formerly VACSI, we changed the name to better describe our mission.

Funds raised by VSH will be used to help men, women and families who are battling substance abuse, mental illness or intellectual disabilities to live in a safe and healthy environment.

Your gift will help a person who is ready for discharge from Western State Hospital or other facilities find an affordable, decent place to live while they adjust to their new life, and find a job and more conventional housing.  Without such transitional programs, patients have languished in expensive hospital facilities for months or years while just waiting for a place to live in the community. Your gift could be the gift that brings more than hope, it could shape a new, brighter and more hopeful reality.
